How to make notes while learning DSA in C++?

I wanted to ask all my seniors who made DSA notes: first, did it help you? I am currently learning C++ from YouTube and practicing in VS Code, but I have a doubt regarding notes. I have watched some YouTube videos on how to make them, but I am getting a bit confused. I want to make handwritten notes. In one video, I saw that you should divide your notebook into different sections — one for arrays, another for the next topic, and so on — so that it is easy to revise later. However, I am confused about how much space to allocate to each topic, since I literally don't know anything about DSA yet. Please guide me. I really want to learn DSA and will give my 100% — I just need good guidance. By the way, I am currently watching the DSA series by Apna College. Till now I have only done the basics. (functions, if else, variable, etc.)

So make them. You aren't asking anything coding related. Just write things down; it's more important to keeping the memory in your brain when you write it down then having it organized and coming back to read it.

Just write stuff down your own way and implement it asap

just write it down man, just test it out yourself, youll eventually find what suits you better, whats good for other people is not always good for you

Most evidence around taking notes using special techniques (Cornell notes, mind mapping etc) shows they are no more effective than standard note taking techniques or are very biased to the point of useless.

I would not stress over the formatting of your notes and instead actually spend time engaging with the concepts and put some sweat equity into your education,

Don't worry too much about making perfect notes. Just write down important concepts, examples, and mistakes you make while solving problems. leave some space for extra points and focus more on understanding and practicing then writing everything down.
