How do you actually work a size up?

I wish to fit bigger sounds into my dick, but I feel like I am stuck making any progress. I can just fit a d9.5 mm, with no problem. The next size up (~d10.3 mm) in my set is already too big. And it seems I can not really work to a bigger sizes.
