Well that's exactly why it has saltiest place on earth tag. But I think having an option to turn off the sliding animation is better for all. Cuz I also had this same issue with battle button sliding animation which isn't instant to find a match quickly and not wait and watch the "find a match" to come up on screen before I can attack

Switching accounts is also more convulsed than before and the builder list is too small hard to read they need a zoom in feature

I agree with you, if I want to view war stuff, I will go into the war button. If I want to chat, I will go into chat.

I dont need a giant War screen in my chat. Even when minimized it leaves behind a decdent sized ugly button basically in the middle of the screen... for what?

There is literally a button that lets you minimize it. Yeah, the new layout isn’t great, but this is just complaining for the sake of complaining when there is already a built in option to remove it.
