问题 | General Question (Serious) China’s transit without visa

Hi all, I have a question about China's visa-free transit policy.

I'm planning this route:
Jakarta (CGK) → Hong Kong (HKG), staying 3 nights
Hong Kong (HKG) → Beijing (PEK), staying 4 nights
Beijing (PEK) → Jakarta (CGK)

Would this itinerary qualify for visa-free transit when I enter mainland China? I'm an Indonesian passport holder.

Thanks in advance!

Posts flaired as "Serious" are for people seeking responses that are made in good faith and will be moderated more heavily than other threads. Off-topic and deliberately unhelpful responses will be removed and the user permanently banned. One such example would be commenting "don't go to china", or "go to taiwan", in response to questions related to studying in China or relocating to China.

Why wouldn’t it? Your route is HK > China > Jakarta.

They don’t care where you were before HK.

These questions are asked and answered multiple times daily.
