I've been trying to play chibi robo clean sweep on my thor but these touch screen only controls are just not doing it for me, is there a mod/patch that remaps the controls to d-pad and buttons? This video (4:50) shows pretty much exactly what I'm looking for but obviously just for chibi robo instead. If anyone has any information on this or even something like this, that would be a huge help. ( Also I have tried using the floating icon touch control thing but it's really clunky and only works on the top screen which is not ideal ) Thank you in advance!

I took three screenshots on stuff that would make good memes while playing through the DS games. I may be easily amused, but these games definitely had their moments.
It's kind of messed up that a wedding dress costs more than bringing a dude back to life, though. I mean, that whole story was messed up, but these prices are bogus.

Do y'all think it's underrated too? I assume on this subreddit you probably agree haha.

I switch around games a lot and circled back to Chibi-Robo again. I tried a little bit of Park Patrol before but moved on because the first few days were confusing and the dance mechanic was hard.
Decided to give it another chance, and while it's still clear this should have been a console game, it's bigger and better than I imagined. It still has all the charm of the first game without feeling like they compromised by putting it on the DS (outside of the graphics).
It fails to fix the tediousness of certain mandatory cutscenes, but it does fix one of the first game's lesser known issues, where the main task you were technically there to do, cleaning, lost most of its importance halfway through the game. Eventually, you were just running around completing toy quests unless you still needed money. Now your real job is a lot more important (for better or worse). The park is a bigger and more direct source of income than cleaning was, and it features a surprising number of customizations to tweak and place things how you want. It's actually a pretty well thought-out system that turns into a really healthy gameplay loop, it's just weirdly hesitant to show you until you've been fumbling with the stupid boombox for an hour.
It might have come at the cost of some toy depth, but I haven't finished the game yet (EDIT: Yep, it did come at the cost of toy depth). That said, the heart of the first game was definitely still there in the second game, and I honestly start feeling like a kid again with some of the BS nonsense that goes on while I'm trying to peacefully seduce these slightly-creepypasta flowers*. Yeah, a single toy can instantly build a working windmill in broad daylight. Visitors went up by 1, you're not special, go back to jumping on your trampoline alone. These humans are hard to please...
But yeah, actually fun enough to finish. Hits all the same vibes as the first game but in a tighter package. If only it came out on the Wii so the camera wouldn't have to be smacking into the back of Cheebo's head.
*I'm not saying I'm scared of the flowers, I'm just saying that you could make a mascot horror game with them without changing their textures.

Hi everyone! I've been running a Twitter/X account called @NewChibiRobGame where I post every day if Nintendo has announced a new Chibi-Robo game. I also plan to post trivia, screenshots and preserve interest in the series. If anyone wants to follow along, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!🫡🫡
PD: If I don't write well in English, please forgive me if I do 🥹

I would guess this is common knowledge in the community, but I searched for moon on the subreddit and didn't see much.
I started playing moon this week and was shocked at the similarities to Chibi Robo. As it turns out, Skip was founded by ex Love de Lic employees.
The gameplay loop is very similar. It's about earning love by doing favors for people in an open world. There's a day night cycle and you also have a limited "battery" which slowly upgrades over the course of the game.
The samples that play during dialogue are very similar, the style of writing is similar, and Tao is even in the game!
If you're dying for a game that's like Chibi Robo on the GameCube and you don't know this, check it out!

Was casually playing when I got to a point where Dinah was asking for blocks because she had an idea. Last one I need is the Yellow Block, but Peekoe doesn't spawn at all on the swing set or other places I looked for online. Apparently my bro Phil gets to die or something before I ever even get Dinah to approach me on things for fetching blocks??? Phil ain't kicking the bucket, and them kids ain't learning how to do the pose. I got desperate to even just complete the story, believing there was some kind of hard gate I needed to pass. Doesn't seem to be the case -- don't think I can progress the quest at all. :(
I got to spamming the Drake Redcrest pose at Phil and the Phillies and progressed some into Sophie's quest and that somehow allowed the following night to have Dinah in the position needed to allow the quest to progress -- hopefully getting Peekoe in position.

So i just found out you need a dog bone in order to get the code from the briefcase via time traveling, but I already gave both dog bones to Tao. Am i locked out of completing the main quest forever now??!!

Hi everyone! 🌱Â
I'm Pikminicraft. I usually spend my time making and photographing handmade miniatures from the Pikmin series, but I couldn't let Chibi-Robo!'s anniversary pass without putting together a little tribute.
Like many of you, this tiny robot was a huge part of my childhood, so I wanted to recreate a few commemorative scenes to celebrate 21 years since its Japanese release.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them.
The full photo set is also on my Instagram (@pikminicraft), alongside all of my Pikmin projects, if you'd like to take a look.Â
Happy, happy, happy birthday, Cheeboo~💛!

Meet Chibi-Roomba, the newest member of our household! She's an iRobot Roomba, and she does an excellent job vacuuming and mopping our apartment.
The stickers (and more) are available at https://chibigearshop.etsy.com
