Does anyone know what this part is supposed to be other than an extra gnarly middle finger?

I am not a fan of the current Haarken model and had a spare Chaos Lord with Jump Pack. The spear is an adjusted Stormcast spear.

Really enjoying this new scheme I’m going to have to repaint the rest of my iron warriors now

One of three models I picked up NYCC this year, I wanted to add a warpsmith to my chaos force. I decided try out Iron Warriors colors this time as it made more sense. Pretty happy with the freehand leg stripes, not that happy with the plasma.

I posted my Aethon Shaan kitbash about 3 months ago. It took me forever to finish painting him, was so worried I would wreck him since he is a fun model.

How we feeling about this guy With a Stolen Blood Angel Bolter

My warband has hired some mercenaries, including a couple squads of Dragon Warriors. This is my raptor champion with Heavy Melee weapon and Bolt Pistol (combined)

With the new Dataslate I thought I should try CoB too see if T6 and T7 Units could hold Objectives in T&H
I Thing I would go fixed for the T+1 Augmentation instead of reroll. Or would you roll 2 dice?

Defiler is for anti Tank, as well as Oblits and I don’t have Multis. Also useing both as range thread.

Hey everyone, I’ve ended up with a huge pile of Chaos models pulling me in three completely different directions, and I need help trimming the fat, deciding what to sell, and building 1 or 2 cohesive forces. I'm big into the painting and modelling side, so whichever force I'd pick I'd paint them very cohesive and thematic.

My Dilemma:

• Night Lords: Lore, aesthetics, and models are non-negotiable for me. I love them too much to part with them. I have the Nemesis Claw and raptor killteams plus a converted terminator squad. I add greenstuff flayed skin and severed hands and heads.
• Red Corsairs: I have Huron, Masters of the maelstrom, lords of the maelstrom, with the upgrade bits/pauldrons, and really like their aggressive playstyle and rules. I add loyalist bits to make each a renegade/turncoat.
• Emperor’s Children: My GF gifted me a box of tormentors for my birthday and I bought a ton of paints for them to make a great project and 3D printed a slaanesh themed rhino. Then while moving I traded childhood lego for a large lot of emperors children. I'd make these guys the glittering myriad but paint them in chaotic mixtures of pinks and purple, with freehanded sigils since I feel the EC couldn't resist painting their armour uniquely.

Where I Need Input:

1. How would you unify the CSM side?
   • Originally I thought I could run the army as Red Corsairs (Huron taking in a squad or two of mercenary Night Lords)
   • Or run them painted predominantly as Night Lords, shave red corsair iconagraphy and sell off the Corsair-specific kits? This seems like the path of most work.
2. I am debating if I should sell the Emperor's Children?
   • I have about 1000 pts that fit within the EC index/codex range, and I could proxy a CSM force as an EC force to increase the playable models. If i did this I'd paint all the models Slaanesh and EC themed. A mixture of marines wearing pristine armour and helmets and those without helmets looking like mutilated Slaanesh worshippers. I'd likely get tartoros terminators and the force would lead demon engines, possessed and cultists.
   • Or I sell them for hobby funds, as 2-3 armies is stretching beyond the time and money I have.
3. What should I sell/trade to trim the list?
   • What would you keep for a strong core 2,000 pt list, and what would you sell?

I'm wanting to play my first grand tournament soon and was wondering if there was anything I could do to improve this list.
I know this disposition isn't great for CSM but I enjoy playing it and I like what the detachments offer me.
