My Lenormand deck predicted my after-work evening way too accurately
I did a Lenormand reading asking:
**“What will happen for me for the rest of today after work?”**
My cards were:
**Scythe – Rider – Child**
Bottom card: **Whip**
The funny thing is that I had absolutely NO plans after work. I genuinely thought I was just going to go home and do my own thing.
Here’s what actually happened:
After work, I went home, ate, and took a nap. I suddenly woke up because my cousins were FaceTiming me to ask if I wanted to go to Raising Cane’s with them later.
Then my sister called to ask if I was going. I said yes, then went right back to sleep.
I woke up AGAIN when my sister called me to come outside, and I ended up leaving in a hurry.
When I looked back at the cards, the sequence made so much sense:
**Scythe:** Sudden interruptions and being abruptly woken up.
**Rider:** Incoming calls, messages, and an invitation.
**Child:** A spontaneous, simple plan to go out for food.
**Whip (bottom card):** The repeated interruptions. I kept getting woken up, falling asleep, and getting woken up again!
What makes this so interesting to me is that I had no idea any of this was going to happen. I wasn’t planning to go anywhere, and the invitation came out of nowhere.
I know Lenormand interpretations can be subjective, but the way these cards lined up with the actual sequence of events really caught my attention.
Has anyone else had a reading describe an unexpectedly mundane event this accurately? I find it fascinating when the cards seem to capture the little details of everyday life, not just major life events.
Also, I’m curious: **Does anyone else read the bottom card of the remaining deck in Lenormand?**
I know looking at the bottom card is pretty common in tarot, but I’m wondering how many of you incorporate it into your Lenormand readings, too. I usually treat it as an underlying theme or extra context for the main spread.
For this reading, my bottom card was **Whip**, which fit the repeated interruptions throughout my evening.
Do you use the bottom card in your Lenormand readings? If so, how do you interpret it? Do you see it as the underlying energy, a hidden influence, or something else? I’m curious how other readers approach it!
