I built an AArch64 bootloader from scratch in C and Assembly
Decided to build an AArch64 bootloader from scratch in C for QEMU virt It handles device tree handoff, VirtIO storage, EXT4/FAT, and verified A/B boot with Ed25519
Code: https://github.com/rdrunky/bootloader
Any feedback on the C code or driver structure is appreciated :D

If you want to support me and my project, feel free to donate. Any support would really help me upgrade my PC (currently running on an old i5-6600 with 12GB DDR4 RAM):
That seems a fine spec to me. My own PC has 2/3 the spec and half the cores!

Yeah true, for pure C its definitely enough, but I also use this pc for reverse engineering and playing demanding games where the 4 cores start to struggle.

Then, it's that you want people to contribute to you, so that you can buy a more capable gaming rig?

Fair point, I phrased that poorly. The project is 100% free, open source, and built purely for learning. I definitely don't expect anyone to buy me a gaming rig. If the donation note gives the wrong impression, I'm more than happy to remove it from the README. I just wanted to share the bootloader because I worked hard on it and hoped it might be interesting or educational to someone here.
