Summer Graduation & Fall Credential Program

Hi everyone! I’m expected to graduate in May 2027, but I may need to take one final required course during Summer. Would I still be able to walk in May and start the Teaching Credential Program in Fall 2027? Has anyone been in a similar situation?

I believe you can but you should email your academic advisor to see if you can do it for sure especially if it’s through another university

I took 3 classes in the summer and graduated just in time for the credential program in the fall . Just FYI keep the supervision office on their feet with timelines and your placement . Bug the shit out of them with your updated graduation information . And make sure they update it !
