"Oct 14 (Reuters) - CoreWeave (CRWV.O), opens new tab CEO Mike Intrator said on Wednesday market can sometimes 'misunderstand and act irrationally.'"

"The company's deal backlog is large enough to more ​than support its debt obligations, Intrator ​told employees in a memo that was ⁠seen by Reuters.

Issues such as the difficulties ​and delays observed in the attempted IPOs ​and debt financings of some of CoreWeave's rivals "are bleeding into the narrative around CoreWeave", Intrator said in ​the memo.

According to Bloomberg News, which first ​reported on the remarks earlier in the day, CoreWeave's ‌bonds ⁠have plunged to levels that typically indicate distress.

CoreWeave's unsecured debt due in 2032 traded below 80 cents on the dollar on ​Wednesday, Bloomberg ​News said ⁠in a separate report citing Trace pricing data.

CoreWeave has reported revenue backlog ​of $104.2 billion in the second quarter, ​up ⁠from $99.4 billion in the first quarter.

On top of the backlog, the company said it ⁠had ​secured more than $25 billion of ​net new customer commitments in the third quarter."

"When you are building a new type of technology company, there will be periods of time when the market misunderstands and acts irrationally," CEO Mike Intrator wrote to staff. "We are confident in our business model, our customers, the extraordinary quality of our execution, and the relentless discipline around the financial engine we have built."

The heavy sell off sent the price straight back down to key support at $64.00, which has held up three times now as a solid rebound level alongside oversold RSI conditions. On top of that, today’s drop finally closed an open downside price gap from July.

Bullish Rebound & Gap Targets: If support holds and price breaks out above the triangle pattern, initial price targets align with 4 open upside gaps, followed by a long-term 1.618 Fibonacci extension target above $150.

Getting a Jensen backed loan would be (((SECURED BASE LOAN))) and where rates from 5-9% if not better. Side note Jensen has insensitive to see coreweave succeed.
