CQB For T1 Units in 2026 NSFW

I have a question: why does NSW alternate on their threshold assessment, and CAG does it with both pointmen?

Also, with the ever-growing near and even peer threat, how does that change CQB for Tier 1 units and their application of tools like lasers? I know Slade said the command dropped using lasers external to the target in 2014, and I kind of assumed that was in conjunction with the 2014 war in Ukraine's eastern provinces.

And how has infil to target changed? I know they don't do as much of a huge offset anymore with that recent video from GBRS Andrew was talking about; the infil has changed a lot, and I was interested in what that meant and why I assumed it had something to do with drones, but I would like some more insight.
