Soooo who would you split is a game of magically inducing a civil war to help Byzantium

When you do this that state aslong as it isn’t in civil war will split into two sides for 10 years barring no outside intervention and then either stay split or reunify

(You can even civil war Byzantium if you think that’ll help Byzantium) but who would you split?
