Can anyone recommend a local cleaner who is reliable and good value for money to clean the communal area (ground/1st/2nd floors) of a small block of 6 residential flats in the BR1 area?

Example of tasks:

Hoover carpeted landings and stairs

Dust

Wipe down bannisters/windowsills/door handles

afternoon folks, just a PSA that if anyone has lost a sunflower lanyard and radar key with a blue key cover, it’s hanging by the bus stop outside the Tesco Superstore on Homesdale Road. I know the college is nearby so I assume it may have dropped out of a student’s bag.

Does anyone live in Crofton Heath and could share what it’s like? Is the commute ok and are busses reliable? Are Darrick Wood schools good? Anything to be aware of?

I’m not speaking about the posh side with houses for 2mil, more like affordable living. Looking to relocate to Orpington and exploring the parts of it for a young family.
