My beanie hat, designed and crocheted entirely by me.
I designed this hat myself and crocheted it using yarn made of 50% wool and 50% acrylic. I worked with two strands of yarn held together and used a 3 mm crochet hook.
I decorated the hat with blue beads and a crescent moon charm.
There is no crochet pattern available for this hat, as it is my own original design, which I created from scratch.
To finish the hat, I attached strands of yarn to both sides and braided them into long decorative braids.

Finished Used the wrong stitch for an entire sweater
I’m a dumb dumb, full of hubris. Let me spin you my yarn, if you will.
A year ago I said “I want to get back into crochet. I learned it (self taught) when I was a teenager, I don’t need to look at any tutorials”. I got obsessed with CrochetByJessi’s patterns, and off I went!
A year later after working tirelessly on my beloved, messy sweater, I finally got to the finishing steps on the sleeves. “Half double crochet?” I said. “I don’t know that stitch”. I looked up a tutorial, and did the sleeve.
And then I sat there. And realized. That if that was half double crochet, and I’d been doing double crochet for the mosaic stitches, then WTF is single crochet???
And then it hit me. I did SLIP STITCH for EVERY SINGLE TIME THE PATTEN CALLED FOR SINGLE CROCHET.
Lessons have been learned, 10,000 ends have been woven, and a laughs have been shared. Enjoy my mistake, which is a very dense, yet still comfy wearable.

Finished i finally finished my scrap sweater
it was supposed to be a bolero but then i hate it. i crochet the front longer so it's a crop top but then it felt too small and unpleasant to look at. i took random scraps of unfinished works that i abandoned (like the mismatched granny squares, basketweave stitch that i turn into pocket and the bottom part of the sweater starting from the red hearts which was supposed to be another sweater that i never finished) and just attached them together and crochet the parts that are empty with random designs. i might not wear them often but it felt finished now and I'm happy with it :3.

Looking for a clothing pattern for a plush puppy. I’ve never made an outfit for a puppy plush so I have no idea about sizes. The person who asked me to make it wants a sweater if possible. I think the plush is around 13inches tall.

Finished Finished, easier than I thought
For some reason I was worried about this. Once I got over the careful counting of increases this was so easy and quick. I could make hats like this all day (this was what I was working on when I wondered whether making flat circles becomes second nature eventually)

Finished Aster tote bag
Pattern is a modified version of Catherine Neil's Sunflower Tote Bag.
Yarn is Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton in Dragonfly, Bayleaf, Pink Lemonade, Terracotta, and White. Also added some buttons from Amazon (because my granny square corner joins are ugly lol) and lined it with some olive green fabric.
This bag won a first-place ribbon at the Topsfield Fair! I received an offer to buy it, but the person and I couldn't agree on an amount. Totally fine with me, as I'd rather have the bag after all the work I put into it!

Help Filet Crochet tips??
Hello everyone, I just finished my first filet crochet piece, and it is barely legible! I used aunt Lydia’s fashion 3 thread and a 1.65 mm hook. Any tips on how to make it more legible and clean, and my boxes less slanted?? Thank youuuuuu
