Maybe not dedicated to selling golf simulators, but they sell things adjacent, or that can be used, especially if you're trying to cut costs and DIY things in places

Perfectly Green: https://www.perfectlygreen.co.uk/products/artificial-grass-for-golf/

They sell artificial turf for lawns, and also have a range specifically for golf with turf being given stimp ratings

FabricUK: https://www.fabricuk.com/fabrics/2293-golf-simulator-hard-wearing-impact-screen-spacer.html

They sell material for impact screens, and told me that they actually make a lot of the screens that other dedicated Sim companies sell. You can order just the material and DIY, or give them dimensions and they'll make you one to order complete with grommets, velcro etc.
