Always been a jungle main, haven't played ranked properly since 2022 said I'd give top briar a go.

all the iron-gold briars keep defaulting to titanic -> collector instead of actually flexibly building based on team, and even against most comps this path is dogshit

titanic and collector are objectively the worst items out of their respective category:

• 3300g for 40 ad - meaningless hp that won't win you any duel and won't be enough for a teamfight - and ZERO haste which you just cannot start the game with.
• 3000g for the single worst crit item in the game (the only plus side is having a dirk in it's path). it's briar's strongest first item damage but falls off VERY fast compared to voltaic (and voltaic has haste)

Stridebreaker and cleaver are the 1:1 upgrade for the titanic playstyle and the active of stridebreaker fits even better considering briar's identity as a diver.

Profane also exists as a 450g cheaper item (Tempo item skewed for better players) that clears better and wins more duels, making you survive longer because you sustain of actually dealing damage.

Bork/Bloodmail/Voltaic/Yun tal/DD/Endless hunger/LDR/BC are all very underbuilt.

If you enjoy collector first, i urge you to try voltaic OR yun tal first instead (you can fully stack it after like one full clear) or profane if you're slightly more skilled/care more about tempo
if you enjoy stridebreaker first, try cleaver first into melee or stridebreaker into rangeds

Seems to happen when I use W at the same time as killing someone while taunted by my R, had it happen to me a few times over probably a couple hundred games

She's my favorite character to play in the game, alongside Poppy, Lillia, Sona, Tristana and Jinx, which I plan to draw in the future. And I forgot to add my name to the watermark this time, bruh.

This guy raises my blood pressure so much. I understand he's squishy but if I don't oneshot him he has a free disappear button and then he oneshots me instead. I can't always oneshot him that's the problem. How do you deal with him?

I thought the briar build was titanic/bork rush>cleaver>other bruiser items. But now she's rushing collector, building more crit and overall seema like she's become more of an assassin. What caused this shift?

Today I finished a Brarrr (icon format) that I drew for someone, and they told me to share it here.

Right now, I'm a poor Bronze 2 player who wants to get better at the game with this cutie patootie. I've talked to a friend who's a Briar main in Master, and he's been helping me improve my builds. However, I also need help figuring out what to build against different team comps.

First things first, I already know there's a Briar "bible" out there, but it costs money, and I want to make my own! I already have some ideas, and I'm trying to come up with better builds and learn how to analyze the enemy team to figure out what works best against them.

I think this could give me a huge advantage in my games. Not only that, but I also think it could help other Briar players who tend to blindly follow recommended builds and teach them how to experiment, adapt, and create their own builds instead.

most of these games were against Briar counters, and I managed to win most of them :)

I also try to adapt my first item depending on the enemy team. For example, if the enemy team has a lot of shields, I usually rush Serpent's Fang. All the builds in the screenshots include Collector, but that's mostly because I haven't had a game against a really tanky champion like Dr. Mundo or Cho'Gath yet, where I could try building Blade of the Ruined King instead.

I want to get better at understanding when and why I should build certain items, rather than just following the same build every game.

I'd love some recommendations on how to build Briar against different team comps :p (or archetypes)

Hey guys I started my mid/top journey with briar a little while ago it’s a ton of fun but I find myself always wanting to build lethality/hail of blades with her 90% of the time, I just feel so much weaker using press the attack with the blade of the ruined king build can someone explain when I should use lethality vs press the attack? When I lose a fight using pta I feel like I could’ve won the 1v1 if I used hail of blades everytime.

I tried AP Briar Support because I saw her E had an AP ratio and made a terrible decision.
Ended up one-shotting people with E and forgetting I was supposed to support.

I played a game where I thought I'd try out Serylda's Grudge second instead of BC.

I only did it because of the team comps: enemy Karma, enemy team squishy and not stacking armor, unlikely anyone else on my team is buying it

It worked out in this game, but that's not necessarily BECAUSE of the build.

Do y'all think this was reasonable for this game or was I just griefing my build?

I love Briar's design but as i love both males and females i thought why not make a male version of her and have both? Soo here it is ig :b i tried to keep her characteristic figure and silhouette but a bit less exaggerated bc sadly males don't have such huge hips 💔 still tried to not nerf him much ig
