Came across #UPP – “The Best Pancakes in Town” and honestly, if you have a sweet tooth, this place deserves a spot on your foodie list! 🤎
The menu is packed with chocolate-loaded waffles, indulgent pancakes, cold coffees, hot chocolate and refreshing mojitos. Everything looks so tempting, it’s genuinely difficult to decide what to order! 😂

Made this and it turned out great

Side of avocado

Eggs, hash browns, onions and bell peppers, chopped up pork sausage and cheddar cheese. Seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, smoked paprika and chives.

Pretty much my everyday go-to breakfast with a few variables, but it's always chicken sausage, eggs and mushrooms with spices.

High protein, really tasty and filling way to start my day as someone who is trying to build muscle and lose weight at the same time.

Had these amazing Banana Oats Pancake with Hot Cappuccino in breakfast. Instead of using all purpose flour. I used oats flour for the pancake batter.

Meat lovers skillet, chilequiles bowl and churro donuts

So I fried up some Spam and eggs with steamed rice. Can't forget the Jufran!

My wife & I eat out often in our retired life, probably twice a week with various friends for breakfast.
Here’s the issue;
When ordering eggs, the server ALWAYS asks, How do u like your eggs?”
I feel I’m pretty flexible about many things but I like my eggs scrambled very, very, VERY softly.

Quite runny, in fact because they’re still cooking when they arrive at the table.
I’ve even resorted to actually showing the server what I’d like!!! (See photos)
Invariably the eggs will arrive hard, I mean, 95% of the time I’ll send them back!
My wife says I should stop ordering eggs like this because it’s too much work for the cook.
I argue, “Don’t ask me “how I like my eggs” then not make it that way.

What should I do?

For some reason, this breakfast is hitting me extra special this morning… Crazy good.
