New version of coco pops is DIABOLICAL!
galleryI absolutely love coco pops, the taste and the texture. I love that the milk behind tastes like a taros bubble tea drink!
But coco pops have changed their original version to a “now even crispier”
It tastes disgusting! The texture and the taste. It just tastes so artificial and floury!
Why change something when it’s doing so well for donkey years ?
Don’t fix something that’s NOT broken!
Has anyone tried the new version? If so, what’s your perspective ? Perhaps I’m being harsh? I wanna know if you guys like it or not? 😵💫

Yummmmm
Woke up to a gray morning with my husband away and felt a little sad, so I cooked up some latkes and scrambled eggs and grilled halloumi with honey. A little OJ to brighten the morning and my favorite pistachio Cortado.

Desayuno Battle Salvadoran breakfast platter: Pollo à la Vista
gallery16905 Oakmont Ave., gaurgersburg MD 20877
MoCo is blessed with so many choices for excellent Salvadoran food!
I am doing a series on breakfast. I am a big fan of the full English breakfast so I wanted to see how our other friends do it.
Full disclosure you can add the steak it’s off menu for another 5 bucks. Just tell them not to cook it dry and you will enjoy a very tasty steak to go with the rest of your breakfast.
Beans
Great flavor a little too smooth though it too tasty to be canned but I am not sure.
Fresh Salvadoran tortillas x2
Man one of the reasons I love Salvadoran food. Thick moist ready to sop up strong flavors clean corn taste. These are made for dunking in runny egg yolk, black beans, sour cream and any sopas(soup)
Block of white cheese
Slightly tart and light salt flavor. It’s common to have cheese with your breakfast with other cultures. In the Philippines a classic combo is white farmers cheese with ripe firm mangoes but it should be eaten with a view of the ocean.
Two eggs any style
Man I almost forgot about these. I got mine over medium. Competently done.
Ripe fried plantains
Nice addition you gotta understand people hit the fields after a breakfast like this. Forget the protein powder once in a while and fuel your workout with one of these. Plantains were ripe but not mushy ripe.
This thing with the steak is about 20 bucks. I am set for the day.
If you love breakfast take a break from the brunch grind and try our Salvadoran version of breakfast.
Super tip there’s an honest car shop across the street owner is Victoria. It was ST auto. Get your car fixed and with the money you save treat your self to this stuff.
You can take a whole feasted chicken home to the rest of the family. I always take mine home uncut so it is maximum juiciness. You don’t precut steak what would you do that to that bird. Just cut it before serving.
Venceremos! (Stan Lee had EXCELCIOR! this is my buff word)

Would you go to a hibachi style breakfast restaraunt?
I had an idea and was wondering if it is something that people would be interested in.
The idea is a hibachi style restaraunt but serving breakfast food like pancakes, french toast, sausage, eggs, etc. So they would cook it in front of you like you are at a hibachi restaraunt. It would be more of a brunch place but would you eat here?

Had one russet potato and enough chipped ham to make a decent omelette and hash breakfast.
galleryNuke the potato and dice, fried with chopped onions and peppers. Gruyere cheese in the ham omelette.

Sprinkled, filled, frosted and powdered, my sweet tooth is cured with this dozen. These are some of the best from Congdon’s Doughnuts in Wells, ME.
Crème filled maple is my favorite! Which would you pick?
