Game processing

Anyone know where I can take an antelope liver to be made into liverwurst around town?

I’d call Daniels and ask, that is my only guess? I know they process if boned out so worth a shot!

You peaked my curiosity and I read a little. This seems extremely easy to make if you have a grinder. With an antelope liver that would be a pretty small wurst- if you can’t find a place google it, if you have access to a grinder.
