After looking at some of her other “after” photos that appeared in other threads, I think one of the biggest contributors to the “uncanny valley” feeling is the waterlines on her eyes, especially her upper eyelids.

I’m not sure if it’s related to a botched blepharoplasty or maybe her eyes becoming sort of sunken, but it seems like her upper and lower waterlines became sort of bulging and extremely prominent, especially compared to her “before” photos. She doesn’t usually seem to line the waterlines or apply makeup to them specifically, which seems to me like an odd choice since she’s wearing lots of eye makeup otherwise (maybe she’s exclusively using lash extensions).

The light color of her water lines contrasts super sharply with her dark lashes and brows, while also simultaneously blending in with her lighter iris color.

Odd decisions being made here, to say the least.

Definitely a lot, but I think William Shatner said it best about aging gracefully. To paraphrase, “at some point, I had to choose between my gut (or maybe it was ass…) and my face.”

Removing fat from your face might work out to give someone that gaunt, runway model look when they’re younger. Personally I don’t think it’s worth it and it’s very easy to overdo even when young. But when older people do it, a gaunt face just looks older.

Yeah, I think it's everything, she's clearly emaciated which makes her face really hollow and the makeup is really bad. Softer eye brows and eye liner would look so much better. But she's also had a bad bleph that really changed the shape of her eyes.

I actually don't think she's had a ton of work other than the bleph, she doesn't have a tiny nose or crazy fillers, the weightloss and makeup is making her look way more botched than she actually is.

There was another post of side by side comparison: honestly it seems like she had an extreme eye lift and lost a ton of weight but otherwise nose, lips, chin are the same. I think it's that and the combination of really unflattering make up that makes this look (also, this angle for picture, mid speech, will make anyone look off)

I saw a comment somewhere talking about the Mar-a-Lago face saying that it’s almost like beauty isn’t the goal. They just want to look like they have the same money as everyone else around them getting these procedures. Like hey, I have enough money to do all these procedures too. She’s not trying to look good, she’s trying to look expensive.

The upper bleph really changes the whole look of the face if it’s too lifted. I personally love piercing hooded eyes but it’s probably necessary in some cases when it droops too much. I think toning down even just the eyebrows would help so much in this case.

I had to google her. It looks like this look started in 2007. The bangs don't help. She looked like she lost a lot of weight in the 2007-08 time frame. Hopefully she wasn't ill, it almost looks that bad. But losing fat from her face did not help her looks. I really wonder how much of this ugly new look is partially a result of too fast weight loss. All the plastic surgery in the world can't fix that skeletal look.

This is what happens when a person over the age of 60 wants to look like they’re under the age of 30. Sometimes, like in the case of Tom Cruise or people like that, somehow their body just better takes to having their face all butchered.
