2 months ago he was diagnosed with lymphoma. He fought hard, loved harder but the cancer has won. 840 thus morning we say goodbye

My heart is obliterated. He was nothing but the best boy.

I can't believe he is already 2! Time flies. I love him so much. He's always chewing on something when I want to take a birthday picture lol.

All her toys gathered by her in bed. She plays a bit with her toys and then collects them in her bed, no prompting or teaching. The bed is a hammock style that she loves, wish it came in pink.

Just had an anal polyp removed. A 5 month bleeding issue finally resolved ❤️
Within an hour of picking him up, he was ready for ball🤪

So our little Boston Terrorist (2.5-year-old male) loves to go "bye-bye" with his Mom and me, but the minute we put him in the car, he wriggles out of his harness. We bought a Gooby "Escape Proof" harness from Chewy, but our boy just said, "Hold my Sam Adams," and Houdinied himself out of it in 15 seconds flat.

Have any other BT Moms 'n' Dads run into this issue? Any recommendations for a REALLY GOOD escape-proof harness? He loves to go with us, but we can't even get out of the driveway before he frees himself. Thanks in advance for your recs!

This is Dex, he is a great Little Boston Terrier…
But he really does not like to be petted or being touched, no cuddling of any kind.
Is it possible that he will grow to be more affectionate or thats just who he is?

A girl and her sweater!

I adopted a Boston 4.5 years ago and was surprised to learn that they can snore very loud. Once someone on the phone asked me if I live on a farm since they thought they heard a pig in the background.

We brought this little guy (Winston, 1st pic) home 4 weeks ago almost 1 year to the day after putting my last Boston, Dieter (not pictured) to sleep. In 2 weeks, we bring home his little half-brother (from another mother), Angus (2nd pic).

If you saw my last post then you know my baby boy Clover was hit by a car this morning. We rushed him to the vet and they took great care of him! He has a missing tooth, a scrape above his eye, some skin missing from his elbow, and during the bloodwork they discovered his liver enzymes were elevated. He was kept for about 6 hours for observation, and during that time they did X-rays on his chest and abdomen and of his head twice. Once when he first arrived, and then again a couple hours later to see if anything had changed while he was under observation. Glad to report no internal bleeding and no broken bones. The vet said that the elevated liver enzymes could be from the blunt force trauma of him being hit by a car. She prescribed him some medicine for his liver and we go back in two weeks to rerun the labs. He’s home resting now and had a little pharmacy of meds he has to take for the next week. He hates to get dressed, but really hates to be cold. I think this fits him well, he was not so sure.

It’s hard to put into words how much I love this little guy🥹 I can’t think of a better way and with better company to enjoy these last few warm afternoons on the front porch.
