I first get into my layered uniform, with 6 total layers on the top and 5 on the bottom and 3 layers on my feet with socks. Apart from the blazer, these are all meticulously tucked into each other layer by layer so that no heat escapes and it feels comfortable.

I then secure a choke collar around my neck, I gag my mouth, I take a seat on the chair, put myself into a puffy hot coat, apply leg straps, apply duct tape then mask myself with 3 layers of masking and inter join my arms together to replicate the feeling of a straight jacket.
