Food, air, and bicarbonate of soda + lemon 🤭

So I know cake shakes can expand you from body heat and also make a block causing a food baby though when I’ve tried both times so far not much happens aside from regular chugging bloat

This time though (I’ve only done it twice) there wasn’t any bubbles after whisking as opposed to last time but I’ve already used the bathroom twice does that mean there’s no block?… I’m starting to think whisked cake shakes don’t work

I just hurled a little while ago from my usual personal air™ shiniganians. Any tips to help not do that? I think it might either be the alcohol or having the tube too deep, because I've done it on max before and it was just fine.

Ps; pretty sure I'm doing alright now. Still a little queasy tho :p

Can someone tell me the easiest way without needing a shit ton of food and gallons of water? Yesterday I drank literally 3 liters of sparkling water, got a bit bloated but not that much.

I would like to inflate more like last time.
I had to quit last time because I couldn't hold it in. Used a shower hose to inflate with warm water and less pressure.
Any tips on how I can get much bigger?

Basically the title, I've taken a long time away from this kink and have some time to indulge soon. One of my favorite sensations when my belly starts to churn and make noises, so are there any suggestions? Bonus points if I can feel heavy (my close second favorite feeling)

I've been making big strides in my capacity recently >w< This meal was HUGE it was so daunting to look at this literal PILE of meat and cheese and fries and bloaty onions and veggies next to that unit of a 2 liter bottle but it ended up being surprisingly easy to chow down on! It took me about half an hour to eat everything and to drink a liter of the soda, and I was able to chug the rest after a little breather 😮‍💨 PS I love taking these trophy shots with the empty containers it excites me so much to imagine all that volume inside of the belly they're next to, love when you guys do this too ✨ ok thanks for reading bye

So basically blend up an entire head of iceberg lettuce, and prepared oatmeal, add liquid of choice and blend. Tastes so bland i’d rather suck out moisture out of an old towel, but you can add flavoring yourself. Chia seeds optional, you can choose to add a little cream but yk, could’ve made that up yourself

about to swallow some mentos and chug about a liter of diet coke. any tips? i'm more used to air and water inflation.
