Gelato 33 (Sunset Sherbert x Thin Mint GSC) by Dime Bag. 21% Thc Hybrid. Got it for free in a goodie bag from Harborside a couple months back. Ngl I love that tag line of "If you find a better deal, it's probably not legal."

Dime Bag is mid forsure but they're fairly consistent. Not sure if they do mixed light or sungrown or where they grow though. I'd be interested to find out if anyone knows. I've never had a terrible bag from them. It's never smelled amazing or looked amazing but it always gets the job done and isn't harsh. Their buds do tend to be drier than most.

Couldn't really smell much when I opened the bag. Just like some average smelling outdoor. Once I ground the flower up I was able to get notes of pine and citrus. It looks fine. If you want to grab some mids at a reasonable price Dime Bag is a very safe bet.

Sour Diesel x Permanent Marker

Visuals: Tight and dense medium to large nugs,light green vegetation, thick amber pistils, furry coating of trichomes

Nose/Cure: Funky, skunky, menthol chemical and sour marker, complex and loud, pepper aroma when ground, dry but smelly and the cure is dialed

Flavors: Translates nicely from the smell, pepper and spice dank with sour and menthol marker minty notes

Effects: Heavy hitting and stoney. Cerebral fog and relaxing effects.

Final Thoughts: I smoke a lot of mixed light from preferred because I’m a flavor chaser and the price is reasonable. This bag definitely delivers on the dank tastes. Similar to their other strains, the flavor on this one shines through nicely. It’s a bit heavy for daytime use so I think it’s best for late afternoon or evening. It’s a sativa, but it hits hard and heavier than usual. A-

This strain along with GSC are the most nostalgic strains for me. I started smoking in 8th grade right at the beginning of 2017, and these were some of the biggest strains here in Cali at the time, so when I saw it I had to cop a half ounce. It hits just like it used to back then, the high gave me the same couch lock I used experience as a 14 year old. It has a chocolatey diesel smell, with some pine as well. Super sticky which isn’t surprising, but not crazy dense either, my grinder went through it well. It took me 15 minutes to write this because I spaced out so much after smoking this

I really love when 710 labs does sundae driver, the grape flavor is so good. This jar is fresh af, made September 21. For some weird reason when I hold the jar up to my nose I smell the haze, but when I hold it a few inches away I smell the sundae driver. It’s a weird phenomenon. Anyways the high is great, more stimulating than I thought. Also my rarest jar by far at only 95 made. Does anyone know what they’re going to be doing with the new cf jars? I saw they’re going to be fully changing the design of the jars.

So I had the chance to vape both of these and compare. Lab tests for both included below.

Connected - Toad Venom

This one is straight up mint, diesel and swampy. The heavy mint notes come in the start and stick through the entire experience. More and more gas and swamp like flavors come through later on and overtake that initial fuel. The terps on this are pretty good. There is almost no limey flavor like many cuts of Toad have. Overall, pretty good on the flavor side of things.

Effects on this one is head forward. Very heavy head high around the eyes. Definitely slightly sedating. Body high isn’t as strong as I’d expect it to be, even after giving it some time to settle in. Overall, pretty good, but slightly lacking in effects for me. Mainly the body high. It’s very head forward without an adequately powerful body high to compliment it.

Wizard Trees - Antidote (Toad Venom)

Now this one was honestly really good. And a really unique experience. The nugs reek of the same gassy smell as the Connected, but there is way more depth in the flavor.

The flavor on this one has insane depth. Clocks in at 2.6% terps. The initial first drags were minty, dieselly, even savory at points with a funky undertone throughout it all. It was a lot of different flavors that complimented each other very well. The flavor then transforms into a very sharp, citrus lime flavor that leaves a wonderful sweet aftertaste.

Effects on this are just as intense as the Connected, but with a stronger, radiating body high that pairs very well with the head high. I think the Connected has a slightly stronger head high, but the WT has intensity both in the head and body which makes it feel superior in my view. The euphoria provided by the WT is much more apparent. Theres a strong mood lift associated with this one in particular.

The flower itself was ok. It looked great that's forsure. The first photos are more accurate to what it looks like irl. Dark green with specs of purple on the bits of flower. The smell wasn't too strong but I picked up mostly sweet berry notes with some hints of sour.

Smoked the whole G and was stoned for about an hour. It wasn't too spectacular. I watched a movie, ate some food, and felt ok. Idk. I've heard great things about Bosky. It could just be that Indicas tend to not get me super stoned so I can't say that it's not a good strain in general. It could just be my body chemistry. But it looked nice and was smooth. Maybe I'll try the Point Break another day.

Been eyeing Bosky for a min but if you know me you know I'm not big on buying flower that I can't see. So I figured I would start off with a gram. Turns out that was a good choice because they ended up giving me the wrong strain. If you know me you also know I'm into Sativas. I wanted Point Break which was a 32% Thc Sativa but ended up getting Grip Tape which is a 28% Thc Indica. Most dispensaries have the same person that helps you out ring you up and they show you the product before checking you out. This place has one person help you look at product while someone else grabs it and rings you up. It also didn't help that the flower was already in a brown bag and they just asked if I got the 1g of Bosky instead of repeating the strain. It was only $16 but I mention this so that if you go to a place that has a similar set up you should always double check the product personally. A gram is a gram but if it was a 3.5 at $70ish that would really suck to get the wrong strain.

My b. I was busy and forgot to make the post in the morning. Chances are both Harborside and Urbn Leaf SJ are out of Goodie Bags for members. They have 100 at each store and Harborside runs out quick because they open at 6. Urbn Leaf opens at 8 and gets less customers so they typically don't run out until after Harborside.

I forgot to make a post last month but I got a single infused Kingroll Pre Roll (not pictured), the Uncle Arnie's orange soda, and Arcata Fire Rosin Syrup Lemon Bar strain. At first I thought the rosin syrup was literal syrup to eat but turns out it's an AIO vape. Pretty cool. Tastes decent. I don't vape so it's kind of harsh for me but nothing too bad. Has anyone tried it before? I've never heard of this brand. It have a type c port to charge if need be which is cool.

For this month Urbn Leaf wasn't fucking around. 2 packs of KingChews. 1 Strawberry Indica and 1 Maui Wowie Sativa. I've had them before and they hit pretty hard. A pack of unbleached slim king size Zig Zags. I know RAW is the hype for stoners now but I've always been partial to Zig Zag. Also a 5 pack of diamond infused Dime Bag pre rolls. Pineapple Trainwreck strain. I don't see the weight on the pack but I assume it's 2.5gs. Lastly 7gs of Panama Red flower by Urbn Leaf. It's like they read my post about wanting Trainwreck and liking old school strains. I know it's not top shelf but all this is worth $100 at Urbn Leaf. Also I got a cool Halloween tote bag.

For Harborside I got another pack of Hybrid King chews. A Kwik Ease Iced Tea Lemonade. I've only ever had their little shots but they do hit hard. Also a Molli seltzer. I'm not big on seltzers tbh. Then a 2.5g pack of infused King Roll pre rolls. Bannana Blaze Sativa and infused with Live Resin. As well as another cool tote bag.

Rail Up (Trainwreck) by BLEM. 31% Thc. No terp % provided. Bought at Caliva (Stiizy) SJ for $35 otd.

I was excited to try this because I heard some good things about this strain from them and BLEM in general. However I try to stay away from brands where I am unable to see the flower through the jar.

The smell was amazing. It definitely had that classic Trainwreck smell. Like very sour and citrusy. It looked decent but the high was a bit of a letdown. It just didn't feel like Trainwreck. It also wasn't very strong. It was just a mellow high.

Has anyone tried this strain or BLEM in general? It wasn't really worth it imo. But idk about their other strains.

Picked up some of the toad venom house brand cart and flower from Coco today. The cart is distillate but does have the flavor of toad venom so its not bad if you want an on the go option and only 22 otd. Flower smells spot on to the other toad venoms I have tried and same as my green dragon toad venom plant outdoors. Flavor on the High tops is very minimal and more like a perfume flavor, smell gives you peach and lemon lime but inhale gives the lemon lime flavor but these were also muted. You do get what you paid for but definitely a solid budget option 35 otd. I will finally be able to harvest my own toad venom and got tons of clones on the way now. See yall once dry and cure are done as this was also from a local nursery.

Very smooth and earthy taste. It has a great high but has no punch to it. It is very gentle, smooth and with basically none of that waxy "rosin" taste. Do I think it's worth the high price tag? No not really. It's good, great even, but for me it's missing a super terpy pungent garlic punch it's a little more earthy cookies flavor to me.

To be honest I kinda recommend their Vape Pens and flower over this. Although it's all very pricey. But I recommend when they do the classic old school strains. Some of the best weed and vapes I had are from 710 so it can be worth it.

It is GMO though for sure the smell is just like it but it's just their version and how it expresses via rosin. Still like it though and gives a strong high. I'll give it a 8.5/10 because the quality is undeniably good.

Flavors: Sweet sativa flavor almost like Jack of Diamonds or Silver Spoon from Connected

Effects: Sativa high, energetic

Final Thoughts: We Grow did a nice job with this, considering that I paid 32 bucks for a half ounce (with this and one other strain a quarter each at sc flavors.)Tastes good and smokes just fine. A- based on value.

Tropical Dump Truck - lil fruity funk with earthy/mycrene tones. I’m bad at describing highs but it was a relaxing one, that I felt in my face/eyes and not too sedating

Can someone help me understand why CAM is considered premium weed? Ive tried 3 different strains over the last year. Spoke with the bud tenders, asked them which batch was the freshest to try, which they liked, what their experience was.

So, I picked up their GMO, which is a gsc and chemdog hybrid.

It was dry as hell. rehydrated it, made no difference. the smoke was harsh, there was no flavor, high was whatever.

what am I missing?! I know even the best growers can have bad cures or botch a batch but even then, its not as bad as CAM.

I've been really enjoying Toad Venom lately and Preferred Gardens definitely has the real deal cut. The jar absolutely stinks up the room and fills your nose with gas, dough, and dank goodness.

I don't really care how flower looks in 2026, but this stuff is crazy looking. Wild structure with big, full trichome heads everywhere.

The smoke is resinous and thick, packed with flavor and extremely smooth. Flavor translation is probably an 8.5/10 for me, it tastes very similar to how it smells with minimal background noise.

To me, the star of the show is the effects. This stuff just gets me so goddamn high. I smoke a lot of Preferred and none of it has ever gotten me this high. I really really recommend trying this if you can get it!

Purchased for $41OTD at Outpost in Santa Rosa, definitely worth the ticket.

My birthday is tomorrow and I want to get an absolute 10/10 strain. Lately finding something that looks great isn't too difficult but it usually doesn't smell like much. Either that or it smokes great and smells ok but is lacking when it comes to the looks department. Is there a strain out that is 10/10 in every category? Looks, smell, and high.

Jackapulco by NTK was great for me. Creme De Menthe by AL is close but like I mentioned it didn't smell like much. Devil Driver by CAM was solid. But I'm looking for something I haven't tried yet.
