I bought a new phone, a Samsung S26 Ultra, and it can't get past the login screen. My account is recognized, I'm able to run the data download, and I've tried bothe clearing the cache and completely reinstalling, and turned on all possible permissions.

After the normal start screens and account connection, tapping the screen gives the start jingle, briefly shows "Now Loading" and then stops wit no error message. Even waiting several minutes after tapping didn't change things. My 5 year old Motorola can run the game with only minor lag. Is this a known compatibility issue?

Is the original Bang Dream going to be given up on now? I’m just wondering if I should invest in the monthly pass anymore or just focus on the new game.

I will say, I’m not a fan of the new games snapshot system, and I feel like their top tier premium pass (that I’m currently paying for) just doesn’t give enough.

Any insight would help.
