• Mindset vs. Performance: Unpacking people-pleasing, insecurity, negotiation, fear of disappointing. and performing submission versus developing genuine, conscious and authentic surrender.
• Obedience & Accountability: Following instructions, completing tasks, reporting honestly and taking responsibility when things don't go as planned.
• Daily Structure & Routine: Introducing appropriate structure into everyday life through rituals, check-ins, and tasks
• Confidence & Self-Awareness: Becoming more aware of your desires, reactions, strengths, insecurities and boundaries, while developing the confidence to express them.
• Sexual Submission: Exploring the erotic side of surrender, including anticipation, teasing, orgasm control, sexual protocol and other forms of erotic power exchange. Practical elements are always negotiated according to mutual interest, comfort and boundaries.
• Vulnerability, Aftercare & Sub-Drop: Understanding the emotional side of surrender, developing trust and vulnerability, and learning how to recognize and handle emotional or physical lows that can follow intense experiences.
• Conflict & Difficult Conversations: Learning how a healthy D/s dynamic handles mistakes, disagreement, resistance, disappointment and changing needs without abandoning honesty or respect.
• Exploration & Integration: Bringing the different elements together, experimenting with what genuinely works for you, and refining the dynamic based on what you've discovered.

Graduation
• Reviewing what you've learned about yourself and submission, identifying what you actually want from D/s, and deciding whether the dynamic ends, evolves or continues.

I'm looking for someone who thinks and not someone who blindly obeys. Throughout the process, I expect daily engagement, willingness to explore submission with a clear mind and learn.
