Cosplay how do you say "indie sleaze" in Na'vi? found a photo of my "hipster Na'vi" costume from 2010 😅
This ensemble got quite a workout at costume parties in 2010!
It's a 2009/2010 "fashion" bingo card: American Apparel knee socks, Urban Outfitters high-waisted shorts, a crop, too many big necklaces, a fake keffiyeh, and an American Apparel crop top.

Games Kukulope's shop update! ⟡ October 15th 2026 to October 21st 2026
Oel nagti kame!
*₊˚୧ - Additional information about Kukulope's shop:
- Shop refreshes every Thursday
- Missions refresh every Tuesday
- Shop is currently back to the old regular three-item rotation.
- Beads can only be obtained through these quests (a few in baskets as well)
- The beads can only be spent with Kukulope
- Some cosmetics and quests need a certain progression in the game for them to appear, like the spear-thrower with the Plains
- Kukulope is found in the main game at the Aranahe Home Tree at Ikran's Landing. She is also found in the main camp in Heart of the Plains and the Spire DLC's.
- Post-DLC Tametey is known to be buggy. Accept quests on the main map instead. I recommend keeping a save on the side completed up to the Clouded Forest solely to accept all quests and grind beads.
- If you do not own the "From the Ashes" DLC, some items will not show up in the shop for you, like the Ikran paint.
· · ─ ·𖥸· ─ · ·
*₊˚୧ - Cosmetic items for this week:
𖤓 Starlight Ikran Paint | 30 beads
𖤓 Upper Plains - Sunburst Ikran Pattern | 40 beads
★𖤓 Kame'tire Shrouded Head Guard | 30 beads
· · ─ ·𖥸· ─ · ·
*₊˚୧ - Weekly challenges: (give 25-30 beads)
𖤓 Gather 5 StormSky Resin of Exquisite Rarity | (Click here for a video tutorial) | 25 beads
★★𖤓 Hunt 20 feral viperwolves using only an Assault Rifle | 25 beads
★★★𖤓 Hack 18 turrets using SID | 25 Beads
· · ─ ·𖥸· ─ · ·
★ Due to mods, I cannot share a screenshot of how it looks on a character. Oe lu ngaytxoa! (I am sorry!)
★★ Always pin animals or gatherable to see them shine more easily!
★★★ You can hack the same turrets over and over. Hack, hide, release, repeat!

Discussion Did Jake create a Na'vi version of the NATO phonetic alphabet?
In Way of Water, Jake is telling off Lo'ak and Neteyam after the fight with reef boys and at the end Lo'ak responds "Lima Charlie" to confirm that he understands. This is "LC" using the NATO phonetic alphabet, meaning "Loud and Clear".
We know that Jake, being a Marine, raised his boys with some military training and discipline.
We also know that they all technically speak Na'vi to each other, and it's just translated to English for the viewers' convenience.
So does that mean that the concept of a phonetic alphabet translates over to English from Na'vi because Jake created his own version of it? Or am I overthinking it?

Discussion The best part of Fire And Ash
So first 30 minutes are really good. No action scenes but character staff. All pretty solid.
Then we have Mangwan attack and chase with kids and Jake and Quaritch. All really good again. Great action scenes. Pretty emotional. And pretty original.
Then we have return to Water tribe, great scene with Quaritch and Varang. And later Q and V confrontation with Jake. And then Neytiri saving Jake. All pretty good staff. Maybe scenes with Loak not so great but fine.
And at this point of the movie the whole thing is pretty good and original.
- And then we have finał act and many things we have seen already in Avatar 1 and Avatar 2. Toruk returns. Big battle, Eywa reacting, Jake and Quaritch confrontation or battle on the ship. All solid but unoriginal.
So my questions is this: what part of Avatar 3 do You like best?

Discussion Head cannons about Jake and Neytiri?
My favorite thing that I’ve come up with is there was probably a time Jake was missing some specific human food and told Neytiri about it so she tried to recreate it with pandoran ingredients but it turned out horrible. He still ate it anyway because it was still better than anything he had as a marine. I like making up these little moments, and want to know if you guys have any cool or fun head cannons about them or their kids.

Discussion Similar media to Avatar
I know Pandora is wonderful but the media is limited so if anyone is looking for media with similar vibes here is some I personally recommend;
-The dark crystal, Age of Resistance (beautiful forests, clans of fantasy races, saving Thra)
- Warrior Cats series (clans of cats who live in the wilderness, medicine cats)
- League of Legends VASTAYA (this fantasy race is similar to the Na'vi and has similar ideals, they originate from a magical forest in Ionia)
-Upcoming game called Sirens by Silent Lamb Studios (glowing underwater world, Dinosaurs, play as a siren)
-Dnd Shifters race, create your own homebrew game with this race, I use the FeyWilds (Shifters are a race of shapeshifters that live close to the land in tribes)
I also recommend the Halo, AutumnLands comics, Cottons by Jim Pascoe, and Redwall series.
I know its not the same as Pandora but they have similar themes and worldbuilding

Avatar: Guardians of Eywa - immersive theatrical production coming to Niagara Falls May 2027

AVATAR: Guardians of Eywa, a Magic Walk™ is a next-generation immersive entertainment format that blends large-scale narrative design, advanced multimedia technologies, environmental storytelling, robotics, and live artistic performance into a fully integrated audience journey that transports guests into the world of Pandora. Begin by freely exploring the Rainforest and Coastal Reef environments, where interactive installations bring Pandoran flora and fauna to life.
Then, immerse yourself in a narrative acrobatics show that traces the Na’vi cycle of life through spectacular acts, dynamic choreography, and rich cinematics. This continuous journey combines large-scale multimedia environments with live performance, leaving visitors with a greater sense of community and connection to each other and the world around them.

Discussion A few nights ago, I dreamt I was watching Avatar 4 in theatres.
It sucked. It was set in a museum that had a river through it somehow, and the only characters there were Jake and Quaritch. They were just sat and talking and arguing at the river the entire time. Then, I left halfway through to get popcorn, which I would never ever do if I was watching Avatar 4 for the first time. Also, I was way too calm while walking in to watch the movie, which is how I should’ve known it wasn’t real. If I was really watching Avatar 4 in the theatre, I would be absolutely bouncing off the walls.
James Cameron, please don’t take inspiration from my dream, it was a terrible movie. 1 star.
