Anyone tried Stomping Grounds Draught cans?
$25 for a 8 pack or $55 for a slab, sounds like a great price for a independent 4.2% beer

I like the idea. Get a bit put off beers that just say draught, feel like they might be a bit boring but maybe I’m not the target demographic.

Guess im more the demographic, if im having a drinking session ill mainly go for macro or draught/basic lager beers, due to usual lower % and lower cost. Definitely enjoy other styles but not for a drinking session (im 19) and at $55 a slab, sounds cheap as for a independent brewed heavy beer

Very keen to try these and see how they taste, I love the 8 pack format and hopefully it catches on. I'm sick atm so will hopefully be up for it next weekend if I can find some nearby.

Not yet, but I love the fact that it’s in 8-pack! Stompo’s have always held strong with 6-packs in a crowded field of craft beer 4-packs. It’s endeared me to them, plus their Collingwood venue is awesome.
It has the same can design as their Easey St mid, which is good but not great (Captain Sensible is tastier in that same role imo).
Looks like they are going up against Bodriggy’s Stingrays Draught with this beer / design / price point. Who is it for though? Maybe the 8-pack is what they have done to try and drag away the Carlton / Northern drinkers for a try.
