I tried to capture young Audrey with a charcoal drawing. It wasnt easy and it is not perfect but hope you enjoy it anyway.

Currently working on a book, and I have one character whose favorite film is Roman Holiday. While the story takes place in the mid-90’s, I decided not to go for the more popular Princess Bride, and felt there was something very innocently-romantic and charming about this film that might be appealing.

The one character even wishes one day to travel to Rome to see the places in the film.

She was a mother, a sister, a friend to all. As if that's not enough, she was a fount of refreshing wisdom in this conceited and selfish world. Perhaps she knew how it was to be in need, whose security was threatened and when everything else was scarce—even hope. I will always love her 🥹🫶🏼

Hi everyone! So I stumbled across a paparazzi picture of Audrey Hepburn in an old magazine. Since I had never seen it before, I thought I might share it.

I'm pretty sure it's from 1959. Photo caption reads: Mel Ferrer and Audrey Hepburn have unexpectedly arrived in Montreux to spend a few days looking for a castle where they can film a movie. Here we see the couple after a tennis match.
