Self doubt phase
Honestly idk what I’m doing, as a student with no work experience the only thing i can do is keep learning, building and try to land an internship but with each passing week the technology evolves and it makes me rethink everytime if whatever I’m doing is even enough for the current standards or not
To the people who have been in the industry for a while now, is it normal to go through this phase? Like you ever had this moment where you thought everything is doomed but you still held on and made it out just fine?
Any tips on how to keep the mentality to keep going forward no matter what would be very welcoming

More than normal - and that's not a "phase".
I'm in IT for over 40 years now - and I constantly have to learn, adopt new technologies, new languages, etc.
Even if I'm developing more or less on the same platform in the same language since 1991 now - the system, the language, the technology has evolved, and someone from 1991 time traveling to 2026 wouldn't recognize the source code I'm writing.
If there is one thing: Never! Stop! Learning!

It's normal. Tech changes fast but internships are still mostly looking for fundamentals plus evidence you can ship something.

its normal to go trough that phase, i got hit earlier as early as 14 with that kinda phase, id suggest try the creative industry and go to the creative side of internet, you could make art, music or games, even if ai can make them, people call them slop anyways
