How do I report an abusive modmail?
I’ve been getting a 7 day mute every 7 days for 2 months now. It’s clearly done in an attempt to harass and bother me.
How do I stop this ? I can’t message and ask them to stop.

Before Reddit introduced the permanent mute, there was a Devvit app that would basically re-mute automatically once the old one expired. I forget the name but it was part of a larger app, it wasn't the sole purpose of the app.
Now that there is a permanent mute option, that app is basically obsolete and the mods should probably get rid of it, but they likely have no idea since you keep being muted and the message likely automatically archived as well.

You can report the chat message for harassment or fill out a ModCOC complaint.

This seems obnoxious — but it’s best just to move on.
Are you still a member if the subreddit?
If so, leave it.
Whether or not it’s intentional does not make a whole lot of difference — the moderators pretty clearly don’t want to hear from you — or they are monumentally incompetent.
You probably don’t want to be a member of the subreddit in either case.
Find a subreddit where you are happy.
It’s only Reddit.

we can mute you for up to 28 days. I think a new one is forever.
Not saying I am that moderator. However, it seems that the moderators don't want you in their sub. Just leave the sub and go to the thousands others.
I honestly have no idea if the muting will stop after you leave.

Reddit normally is very serious when power abuse is involved.
No they aren't lol 🤣🤣 and dm'ing you? Literally that's shady

Why is it shady? Not everyone is a goddamn scammer. I was just trying to help, but I guess the mods don't want me here, so I'm out 🤷🏻♂️

That is not against the rules to mute you every 7 days. You can report it, however if the mod is doing that every week, that pretty fucking sad 😂 sorry if you are having to put up with that
EDIT. Appears OP is victim to a modmail BOT spamming these mutes every week
