Is there a way to fix the on/off switch?

It works but when you switch it off it either 1) stays on, 2) turns off, or 3) turns off and back on a few minutes later. Is this something that's somewhat easily fixable? Buying a new one will cost $100+

You would have to unsolder it s solder in a new one not super hard if you know how

Thanks. If the spray doesn't work, I'm off to YouTube to see if I'm capable of soldering on a new switch.

Well there is two things you can do. Either desolder the switch and solder on a new one, or get some deoxit and see if it helps, if you do get deoxit, spray it into the switch, then leave it for like 5 to 10 seconds, spray more to try to get out some of the crap inside the switch it removes, and then actuate the switch a few times. Leave it to dry for like 10 mins, and check to see if it helped.

If not, then your cheapest option is to just solder on a new switch, they are like 3$

Thanks. I'll try the spray first.

Easy to replace. Could try switch cleaner but this isn't the best solution. Do you know someone with a soldering iron?

Thanks. I don't know anyone that has one, but will get one if I think I can do it.

Try some contact cleaner in the switch.
