Ordered some rather urgent stuff on emag.bg this Monday, qualified for next day delivery. Next day came and went. According to the sameday.bg tracker the parcel was on the truck since 10:43 for delivery, but never materialized. Didn't show up on Wednesday either, status unchanged.

Now today I got an email saying that the delivery time was updated from October 15 "within the next 2 working days". Tracker - you guessed it - shows nothing new.

I even selected delivery to an easybox so I don't run into problems with not being home when they attempt to bring it. Is that normal?

I am a government-sponsored scholar from South Korea who just got accepted into Sofia University (International Trade & Investment, English track).

I am facing a major administrative timeline issue and want to know if my deferral will be approved. The university semester officially started on October 2nd, but I only received my formal acceptance notification on October 7th.

Because of this late notification, it was physically impossible for me to apply for or receive my D-type student visa in time to attend this semester. I have requested an official admission deferral to push my start date back, but the Rector's Office recently emailed me saying: "We kindly ask for your patience while we review the documents once again at the Rector's Office."

Has anyone else experienced a late admission notice like this at Sofia University? Do they automatically approve deferrals when the delay is caused by their own administrative timeline and visa constraints?

Any insights or past experiences on how long the Rector's Office takes to approve these cases would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, I’m having a problem with an international shipping company.

This company lost several of my international shipments and delayed others by more than 3 months (from Bulgaria to the Netherlands). Now they’re rejecting my claims, and for a few of the shipments, they’ve only reimbursed me for the cost of the goods. … without reimbursing me for the shipping costs.

What should I do?

I’ve tried to contact them, but they either don’t answer my calls or don’t respond to my messages on Viber.

I’ve filed several complaints with the Commission for Consumer Protection, but I’m also looking for other advice.
