As a black man, blackface is fine if it's funny!
5 months old but I just found while researching that vivziepop apparently had a super milquetoast nonresponse to one of her writers having done a 'funny' blackface video.

I only had to read “fully black person” because who the fuck prefaces a statement like that XD. Like I don’t think them being bi racial would have made that take any dumber than it already was.

'As a black man, blackface is fine if it's funny', essentially, apparently forgetting the roots of blackface were in 'comedy'/'entertainment' too.

This one's pretty good, cuzz even if he didnt say "As a black man" you can still tell by the way hes ranting that its a white dude.

These folks never realize the MANY ways they expose themselves as not actually believe Black
For example, no ACTUALLY Black person would use us LACKING WORK ETHIC as a defense for blackface

As a mayonnaise American, I've been led to believe that RDJ in Tropic Thunder is the only acceptable case of blackface. Is this true, or have I been believing a lie?

Here's what always gets me about stuff like this:
Even if you specifically don't get offended by something that negatively targets your identity (I'm being generous and assuming this person is actually a "fully black person"), you should still be able to understand why it offends other people from your identity background. "I'm not offended, so therefore no one should be!" has never, ever been a good stance.
