I have a coin-operated Toy Soldier claw machine/skill tester. I need help and advice on how to repair it, when it’s used for too long it’s claw heats up and melts the wires that connected. I’ve had an electrician friend come around and replaced the wiring couple of times but it keeps happening even with higher heat rated wiring. Last time we repaired it with the highest heat rated wiring I had access to but it still broke down again, the wiring was burned out to virtually soot. It has an elemental coil within the claw head itself that is causing this. (That is also how the claw mechanism itself works). Any tips on how to upgrade my claw to stop this issue? Do I just need a whole new claw and wiring or what.

I just wanna play my claw endlessly without burning my house down ha ha

Hello! I’ve had this arcade machine for ~2 years & it has worked great until today. It boots with the Sega > Lucasarts > Main Game Preplay Screen with a “field of gray”, as shown. It then goes to the stage select & displays that screen perfectly fine (music & picture are perfect). Then it immediately does what is pictured there with no audio at all & remains frozen there…any thoughts? I’m not sure what would need replaced/done to fix the issue. This is my first/only actual arcade machine so I’m very much a novice. Thanks in advance!

PCB to HDMI set up (see video). The OSSC is showing a grey gradient box; not sure if that is significant. The OSSC’s AV1 settings are not syncing. any help would be great. Thank you!

Hello, I have a few Sega Rally 2 cabinets the CRTs in them have black bleed along the edge of the screen. I was hoping that someone might have an idea on what is causing it and what could potentially fix it, if possible?

I was just rewatching some gameplay of Tekken Tag Tournament 2 on the Wii U and man, I forgot how much extra effort Namco actually put into this port.

Looking back, it's wild how much exclusive stuff we got. Having the entire 50+ character roster completely unlocked with all the DLC on day one was such a massive win. Plus, the Nintendo crossovers were top tier-actually fighting as Kazuya dressed up like Link or Mario never got old.

And don't even get me started on Mushroom Battle mode. Just pure, chaotic fun with the size changes mid-fight.

Did anyone else actually main this version back in the day, or did everyone stick to Xbox and PS3? Feel like this port is super slept on.

I have a cocktail table 60 in 1 setup. I would like to add a second “fire” button so I can load more games. Currently it has just one button so I can’t play Scramble as I have no ability to drop bombs. Anyone have any info on how to do it?

Anyone recognise these internals and how to configure them? Adjust volume and maybe add a second button to play scramble and such?

The screen only stays on solid colors, I've been messing around with the connectors so the color keeps changing, sometimes the game turns on but pressing buttons do nothing.
