I've been purchasing items on Carousell for a long time, kaya sanay na akong makipag-transact online. I trusted this seller, kaya hindi ko na rin na-screenshot yung MariBank account details niya.

I've been trying to reach out and waiting for her response, pero hanggang ngayon wala pa rin. Nag-leave na rin ako ng feedback, pero hindi siya visible.

I'm posting this to raise awareness and remind other buyers to be extra careful. Kahit matagal ka nang bumibili online, hindi ibig sabihin na hindi ka na puwedeng ma-scam.

Please always take screenshots of the seller's account details, payment receipts, and conversations before sending any payment. Huwag basta magtiwala without keeping proof of the transaction.

Hi everyone, I’m making this post to raise awareness about someone who has allegedly been scamming people and taking their hard-earned money, especially elderly individuals.

The individual goes by two different names, Victoria Andrea and Betty Malemba, which we believe refer to the same person.

Several people have reportedly been affected, and it’s honestly heartbreaking, especially knowing that elderly people are among those being targeted.

We have tried reporting this situation to the police, but we were advised to pursue the matter through Small Claims Court. Unfortunately, we have been unable to proceed because we do not have a valid address for the individual for us to file a lawsuit.

I’m sharing this to warn others and hopefully prevent more people from falling victim to similar situations.
I will be attaching the email address reportedly used to receive payments, along with a photograph, to help provide context.

It’s honestly frustrating because, so far, it feels like she has gotten away with this without facing any consequences, and something needs to be done to stop it. She cannot keep getting away with allegedly scamming people and taking their hard-earned money.

If anyone has any information or knows of any legal steps we can take to help resolve this situation, it would be greatly appreciated. We just want her to be held accountable and to make sure no one else falls victim to this.
