I did not play the story much, I had no idea this javelin existed.

Watched a let's play and found out about this javelin and how it's not playable.

The good news is: it is fully rigged and should be able to be playable using the Colossus' animations.

I'm still figuring out textures, I can play animations on the interceptor and have a sandbox to play with but I want it to look good before showing anything, rn it looks like a Roblox game...

This looks like the Javelin that belonged to the original founding hero of the settlement our protagonist belonged to.

In the story, some of its parts were necessary to enter back into the catacylsm area from the start of the game.

Eventually the actual Javelin is brought online and used by a certain character who always wanted to pilot a Javelin.

Our protagonist themselves never piloted this Javelin, but it was present in the main story.

It's called the Javelin of Dawn, piloted by Owen after his betrayal out of envy to be a javelin pilot.

We had to pick up parts of it ? Maybe that’s why its mesh was separated…

Llike most characters in the game are a full 3D model with a skeleton but this javelin was separated in pieces (head, torso, arms and legs) which I had to reassemble in one 3D model

We saw it in two states, when it was inactive and on a sort of coffin, and it's active piloted state.

The parts we collect were something more like badges and insignias (I forgot the proper name for it).

I'm guessing it was in separate pieces in the game files so that it could be placed on the coffin.

iirc, when it was piloted, it did use the Collosus animation set, though only in cutscenes

How do you view the files of the game?

Most people use FrostyToolsuite but I couldn’t get it started, it asks for the Origins launcher… apparently there is a way to bypass that, but personally I made my own file explorer specifically for Anthem.

I’ll publish it when it’s stable, for now textures don’t render well and I can render only a few stuff… it’s very experimental for now I’ll make a post in this Reddit channel when I have a stable version !
