What to Watch? Trying to find a specific anime

Trying to find this specific anime but can't remember the name. All I remember is it was a dark anime that was set up in modern times. There was a war or something and I remember a seen where this guy was in a full hazmat suit with a gas mask while driving a van and was tossing a grenade up and down in the air like he was just casually messing with it. Can anyone figure out what it is and tell me the name pls?
