❓Beginner / Question❔ Feeding baby
Feeding my baby more of a Weston A Price style diet but the first year of life is very in line with AB. My son didn’t have much of an appetite for solids at first, but recently it has kicked into high gear. I make this steamed “pudding” with egg yolk and homemade bone broth that he used to take at least 5 days to finish. Now he’s eating it almost in one sitting. It’s got 3 egg yolks in it. Google will say a baby should be limited to one egg a day and 3-4/week but that doesn’t sound right to me. I just wanna make sure I’m not going in the other extreme though and do something that may harm him in the long run? I don’t feed it to him every day but probably 4 days out of the week as it’s easy to make and he loves it. Any advice? Any other tried and true recipes out there? My son will be 11mo soon.
