Blame the ones keeping Mali under lock and key, its manufacturers. The Devs don't get paid enough to reverse engineer something while snapdragon is much easier to do.

Yeah, that's why I said only if mali had a turnip equivalent, it's honestly disappointing, maybe some company will buy mali or something and actually make the GPUs easier to add support for.

Unfortunately im an Iranian, and gaming phones are extremely expensive due to demand, import charges, and hamta sim, so I had to buy a phone that isn't ported, Daria bond 2, it's a uae company, and it cost me about 320 bucks, compared to a poco f6 which costs over doube at 650, the economy is also just not in a good place, and even used poco f5 goes for 260-300, the poco f6 has a slightly weaker CPU, and a much weaker GPU, but I choose the Daria because mali support on ps2 emulation was more mature, plus I got it brand new.

Fortunately I do have a msi raider GE68, it's got a 4080 inside it, and I play a lot of games on it, when I can, unfortunately since I love tinkering with my stuff so much, I ended up killing the keyboard and ive been using an external one which I don't like much, and I got the laptop 3 years ago, but back then I was younger and more of a shut in, I'm mostly just away from my computer these days, I've got a job with my father, I need to relearn farsi because of how much of a shut in I was a few years back I forgot farsi writing and reading, and im either outside or guests are over, and unfortunately since I'm in Iran, the keyboard just can't be found, so I had to order the replacement from ebay and send it to Dubai, which also sucks, because the economy is cooked, there's war, flights are closed, and currently the only way to get to Iran from Dubai and vice versa is traveling to turkey first, and again, the economy is fucked, so the flight costs 100 dollars, and no one has that kind of money

This is mainly for emulation right? It is probably just better to those cheap emulation devices and partner it with some cheap smartphone for actual phone stuff.
