APUSH APUSH tips needed
So I'm lowk getting fried in APUSH rn because my teacher pretty much just... doesn't teach anything useful in class. Today we had a DBQ, and my teacher told us that "Thomas Jefferson's perspectives on slavery" would be a very big part of the DBQ... turns out, that was completely false, and she also gave us some "support, refute, modify" prompt which we had never seen before... it was so confusing, pretty sure I failed.
Do you guys have any tips for teachers like this? Or just tips in general? I would really appreciate that.

Bio AP Bio teacher told us today we’re not going to get past Unit 6. How do I self study for the next few months?
My AP Bio teacher is a really kind lady, but she’s extremely disorganized. I was talking about this with some of my friends who had her class last year, and they told me that she’s know for not being able to get through many units. Many people I know who usually get 4s and 5s on AP tests reported getting a 1 or a 2, besides one person who I know hired a private tutor and got a 4. I don’t know of any free AP Bio tutoring, and I can’t afford anything super expensive.
Today, our teacher chose to push back our test and announced that we’re on pace with her classes in the past few years, which didn’t make it through Unit 6. I know unit 7 is an important unit, and I think it’s best for me to start my own self study curriculum now. She already doesn’t lecture or teach, just assigns packets of notes and slideshows.
If anyone has any advice, please let me know. I’ll share my self study curriculum with anyone who needs it. I enjoy reading, so if anyone has good book recs that relate to AP Bio I would love that.

CSA AP Comp Sci self-study
I'm a HS student but I've been tutoring a bunch of people for apcsa, and I've recently been considering running an online class based on it. I'm currently thinking of releasing handouts based on the curriculum and also having a few quizzes to reinforce everything, but I do not think it will be a huge time commitment for those who are reviewing/self-studying for the exam. It will mostly be self-paced with help if needed.
If anyone is interested or have questions, lmk!

Question Help a junior :<
I am a junior taking AP bio, APUSH and AP lang. I am a semi normal person with ecs everyday of the week. No, I do not have the "self studying nine APs mindset."
Its not just or only the coursework, its the fact that they are all so much homework and work. I do not know how to make a good schedule or how to divide my work while still studying :(
I took AP sem and AP world last year but they were far easier than this so I am not sure what to do. I also value my friends and my social life. I want to have a good schedule and I am not sure what to do. I want to ask for help making a good schedule and handling these classes before I crash later into the year.
How did you guys handle lots of APs? If you took these APs, how did you manage each? Any study tips? How do you manage your sleep schedule? How do you balance with a social life and ecs?
Also any SAT prep help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Question AP Music Listening and Literature
Ok, I don't know if this is a stupid/odd question, but does anyone have any information on the now discontinued AP Music Listening and Literature exam? All I can find online is when it was established (1971), how many people took it the first year it was offered (268), and then when it was discontinued (1991). I'm planning on majoring in music performance, so I'm just super curious about what another possible test I could've taken was. If anyone does, thanks!

Bio Do teachers know what device you use to take a unit exam on college board?
I recently took my college board unit exam in AP Bio on my personal laptop. However, my teacher doesn’t allow that and I’m scared that I might get a possible penalty or whatever if he finds out. Am I in the clear?

Question What is a math “equivalent” to calc?
I didn’t take pre calc nor any other calc because I wanted to be done with math (now realizing that was dumb) but one of the programs I’m applying to for college (or at least want to) is saying I need to have taken pre calc, calc, or an equivalent. What would be an equivalent? I took stats last year and am not currently taking a math, but it’s too late to switch into a class. Could I still apply without taking calc or just don’t apply for that program?
(Environment science and sustainability btw)

Question Desperately need SAT help
So I'm taking the psat and sat pretty soon.
I've generally been a pretty good student (good grades, honors, aps, etc). On the psat 9 and 10 i got the equivalent to a 1200-1300 on the sat (below my goal for the sat, but a decent place to build from). When I do Khan academy practice questions I get pretty much every one right. But as soon as i do a practice pdf SAT from the collegeboard I get really bad scores (1000-1100).
This is one of the practice tests that i took - directly from the college board website: https://satsuite.collegeboard.org/media/pdf/psat-nmsqt-psat-10-practice-test-3.pdf
Is there a reason for this? I take the both exams soon so i need tpo get my scores up quick.
Any recommendations for study resources?

English Lit Bad teachers/Ways I could prepare myself for the AP exam
I am currently in AP literature and I don’t think my teacher is following the AP curriculum in the slightest. I’m not exaggerating this at all but our school week looks like the following:
Monday: “Article of the week” which is a front and back paper that all we have to do is annotate it
Tuesday: Continue working on the article of the week (so nothing because it takes 10 minutes at most to do)
Wednesday: Study for the vocab test
Thursday: Vocab test (10 words that are not challenging in the slightest)
Friday: free write Friday (answer a prompt with a simple paragraph)
I have spoken to students who took the class last year who said that they never once even looked at the list of of the recommended(required?) books. I’m not complaining about an easy A but if I’m paying to take the test I want to have even a little chance at passing it.

Stats Bombed my first ap stats unit test help me please 😔💔
I studied relentlessly for hours on end just to score a 62%. Im considering dropping the class if I don’t do well on this retake exam, which I don’t want to I’m majoring in economics and it would be a good class. I have a remediation next Monday and the test after school on Tuesday. That sounds like cramming which isn’t for me(planning to study over the weekend somehow). I need help with the MCQ’s I can’t find any good practice examples that actually help, they are always too easy. I understand the FRQ’s just fine but because of the lack of MCQ practice I find I’m not too good at it. I always stop at the two questions that could be right but somehow pick the wrong one most of the time. Recommend some YouTube channels and it MCQ practice sites. HELP!

HUG Should I study every night for AP Human & if so how exactly.
As the title suggests. Is revisiting old pages in the notebook once in a while good enough? here's so many resources and I'm honestly lost. How do you prep for AP Human FRQs and super niche questions?

CSA I need Practice Questions for AP CSA & AP Calc AB
I am self studying both AP Calc AB and AP CSA for this year. I finished the first two units of AP CALC AB and the first unit of AP CSA using CSAwesome2 and flipped math. My questions:
Are these two sources reliable to study on?
Where can I find Practice exams? Should I buy Princeton/Barron? Should I wait until my school opens the AP classroom and are practices there enough?

Other Quick 3-min anonymous survey on study habits & procrastination (for a student AI project)
Hey, we’re a few high schoolers building an ML model that tries to predict procrastination from stuff like workload, sleep, and screen time. AP students seemed like the right crowd to ask, for obvious reasons lol.
survey’s here: https://forms.gle/ucSyhpLXeRFiJePZ9
It takes about 3 minutes, fully anonymous (no names or emails), and it’s open to anyone currently in high school. For the screen time question, your phone’s settings will have the actual number if you want to be accurate (decimal is PREFERRED tho).
We’ll post what the model finds once it’s done. Appreciate it, and good luck with APs.
