APUSH I'm 9th grade and I need help

Hi, I'm a 9th grade student in one of the best high schools in Turkey and I aim going to American Universities. Our school has no AP course so I looked for pricing of a AP course and it was 1850 dollars for each subject. I don't have this kind of money but I really want to study for AP exams. What would you suggest for me can I learn some lessons on internet and what lesson should I start?

You really do not need a course for an AP subject. Though yes it can be helpful, you can absolutely self study every AP course, now there are many good APUSH YouTubers, books, etc.. I personally did not take APUSH, but my point is, self study it using sources found in the internet. Search it yourself and you will find it. I hope it goes well for you.
