Gpu drivers keep crashing

This has been happening for a few months. I’ll play a game or sometimes just leave my computer on, but mostly when playing a game, and everything will freeze, my iCue loses connection and resets, then the screen goes black until it reboots itself or I do it. Most of the time everything is normal after, but sometimes the driver gets disabled and pops up with a code 31 but another restart will fix it. I have a 9070xt and I’ve done ddu a few times which made the problem less consistent but it still happens like once a day. Is there a fix or do I need to RMA my gpu?

iCue update a few months ago is borked. Completely broke profiles, now doesn't detect hardware and frankly was unstable the last 10 years anyway. Remove iCue from that list lol
