First time doing full length AI music video, since I was impressed with google workflow music video generation tools, and I was able to get most of my fictional band members into video. Still some consistency issues but looks like a pretty good improvement from what I've seen before. I will continue developing my work and make short sequential stories around them. You can check on my Youtube social link.

I can offer some top grade ignorance using ai in multimedia.

If you need some xD

I use 2 mainstream llms for instrumental composition with suno studio as well as an indi style DAW for hard edits.

Will tell you that they write all of their own lyrics.\nWhich isn't true, however, in my case, it definitely is true.Because it doesn't matter how good the potato screw is. It's still not going to produce cascading vertical rhymes. Try for yourself xD

What makes local AI worth using alongside cloud-based tools?

Cloud-based AI is convenient for everyday tasks, but local AI has its own advantages when it comes to data control, customization, and running models on your own hardware.

The interesting part is what happens when you move beyond simple chats and start working with documents, RAG pipelines, or AI agents. Getting all those pieces to work together reliably can take more effort than expected.

For people who have tried both local and cloud-based AI, what has made the biggest difference in your experience? Is local AI becoming practical for your everyday work, or do cloud services still offer a better overall experience?
