Yep. I can pass any test, but that shit is violently ejected from my brain the second the test is over.

ADHD, ASD-1, and multiple concussions from boxing when I was younger and another in the last 5 years. My short term memory is horrific.

maybe we aren't fast learners...but we forgot that we learnt this before ...and it's just 'rediscovering'....
