Questions/Advice How do I study with ADHD?

Im in one of the most critical years of my education like it's literally a decider on whether I go to the uni I want or not

But the school year has started for over 1 and a half months now and I still didnt study a word im barely even keeping up with the homework I sit all day doing nothing my parents are mad about it although they are the reason for it and I have no idea what to do

Maybe some life hack that could help me actually start and actually finish my studying? That would be very nice and im very hopeful yall will do me right in the comments 😁😁

I'm not that far anymore... But maybe try to gamify the learning?

I know there are some methods to do this, but I don't have the details. Maybe check for ideas on YouTube, blogs, or Instagram
