Questions/Advice University Project Research

Hey guys I am a 3rd year Industrial Design student studying product design. I have been educational diagnosed with ADHD however not medically due to extremely long waiting times.

I am currently doing research for my final major project and would like insight and information into how people cope with ADHD excluding medication.

What do people use to help manage their ADHD? For example fidgets, sticky notes, timers etc did they help you? Did you drop them after a while? What has helped you the most? Any information on physical aids good or bad is extremely helpful and would appreciate any insight.

Many Thanks :)

P.s I’m not sure if this goes against the guidelines and counts as advertisement if so I’m sorry.

calendar with as many alerts as possible before the due date. i still won’t do it until the night before tho. i also don’t swipe away the notification. i leave it there so when i check my notifications it’s right there reminding me and stressing me out all the time until i do it. like the assignment reminder that has been sitting on my lock screen for the last week that’s due tomorrow for which i haven’t started.
