D&D 5e Original/2014 Dice pre rolling magic items

I'm making a divination wizard who's whole gimmick is not believing in luck. Other than the clockwork amulet are there any other magic items or abilities that allow prerolled or predetermined results on rolls.

Thank you :)))

Charlatan's dice

It's a joke about your request on rolls. It's a pretty useless item.

Magic missile hits without a roll. Maybe a wand of magic missiles?

I didn't ask the enemy AC. I said it takes 15 damage
