Save rehashing help

A few months ago I 100% completed Sonic and All Stars Racing Transformed but my save got corrupted and I've been trying to get a new file to replace the save that I lost. Problem is that no matter what tutorial I follow the game acts as if there's no save file on the USB at all. I'm on 2.9 of Horizon. Idk if the save file is just bogus or what but I don't want those hours going to waste. I have a google drive that has a 2 minute video showing the steps I'm doing. Can you upload the save and I will try on mine. Does it work if you just leave it on the USB?

Nope! It doesn't matter what storage device I use. The first one is me trying to "replace" the file (which ends up making it corrupted). The zip file is the initial one I downloaded from GBA temp. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1fcCW6PZfVwe2dhFOIs_h0REeQ6nNFgo_?usp=sharing
