The irony about Hungary and USSR is that before soviets came Hungary had 2000 worker cooperatives with over 700,000 members, 50 factories, 400 stores and they could offer 30% lower prices for their goods and then soviets came and crushed it, everything was confiscated. So much for the proletariat and working class solidarity.
